The Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud was the main model in the range of Rolls-Royce cars from April 1955 until March 1966. It replaced the Silver Dawn and was, in turn, replaced by the Silver Shadow. JP Blatchley design was a major change from the pre–war models and the Silver Dawn was highly derivative of those. As part of a rationalization of the range of company cars Bentley S1 is very similar, apart from the radiator grille.
